In accordance with the discussion at the meeting with Tommy and Terri and my representation to report to Tommy any such violations of the rules as particularly concern me, viz., loud noise/music between 10:00pm and 10:00am and threats of physical violence against my person with anti-white racial rants providing predication for special circumstance/race crime I write/report as follows:���������

 

6-28-08 Loud noise/music from #407 past 7:00am. This tenant for most of the week has been up through the night (with sporadic loud rants as he walks through the hallway, a most recent one of which included �he pays his rent� reiterated over and over again, etc., the substance of which I usually pay no attention to in light of who the rants come from) with loud television noise with door open usually ending around 5:00am-6:00am for which I made no objection or complaint. There is NOT and NEVER is complaint by me for music, however loud, between 10:00am and 10:00pm, nor for television noise. On this day the television noise did not so end but I was awakened by loud �musical� noise just after 7:00am from #407 who continued same over my objection (a recent prior instance by him in comparable early morning hours ended upon my being awakened and objecting). He then went into a loud rant constantly reiterating that he was going to get me/assault/beat me up outside the building, that I should step outside now, laced with anti-white slurs, outside my door (open because of the heat-seemingly trying to provoke me), which continued straight for 10-15 minutes, then sporadically, after which he returned to his room, cranked up the music again over my objection and I closed my door shortly before 9:00am.� In California I believe among most other states making such threats constitutes the crime of making terrorist(ic) threats which in California also is recognized an aggravating circumstance of race/hate crime [a prior racial tirade by this tenant in #407 included how disgusting white people are and that he was in a bad mood (pre-crack money dispensation from the county-that time of the welfare cycle as now) and he would feel better if he killed somebody] a crime for which I could have called the police and pressed charges, but consistent with my word, report same to Tommy(/Terry) before doing so. That tenant #407 is not in prison/mental institution/jail is a testament to how far California/Los Angeles has fallen. Upon reasonable belief/inference, tenant #407 could not pass a(n) (illegal) drug test.

 

While I make no complaint for other than musical noise, I probably should inasmuch as these illegal drug-addicted animals are up all night, carrying on, etc., and drug tests would in large part �cure� these all-night soirees. While I personally feel that even alcohol is inappropriate while subsidies, housing or otherwise, are involved, there should be no question but that illegal drug use should be prohibited. Moreover, mandatory drug testing for all recipients of said subsidies should be required.

4-24-08/4-25-08 Loud noise/music from #402 past 10:00pm/past 2:00am. There is NOT and NEVER is complaint by me for music, however loud, between 10:00am and 10:00pm and this was explained to the tenant #402 who apologized and seemed to amicably agree to the rule as written (and who appears to have someone else living/staying in the room and who said that was irrelevant when confronted with same during this 4-25-08 incident). There have been several instances loud of noise/music past 10:00pm/before 10:00am that I have ignored and not recorded them, viz., #402, though I probably should have and will diligently record same prospectively. These incidents of loud play coincided with what I infer to be the purchase of a new stereo with power sufficient to vibrate the walls.
This tattooed (angry black man � you know the type, rationalizing every one of the numerous criminal acts they commit - and possible/probable former felon based only on inference from behavior exhibited and similarity to that of other such felons although I have no knowledge of his criminal record, if any) tenant in #402 seems by the loud music/noise (and based upon the other noise for which I make no complaint) to sleep sporadically/erratically which makes remedying the situation more drastic than would otherwise be the case. I banged on the wall for him to desist but he kept on with the noise (I had been awakened by same around 8:00am), so I kept on banging on the wall until he knocked on my door, which I answered, reiterated the rule when he committed an intentional, offensive and unlawful touching (battery - criminal and civil law) for which I could have called the police and pressed charges, but consistent with my word, reported same to Tommy(/Terry) before doing so.

10-31-06: This update is added purposefully late if perchance there was method to the negroe madness/menace in the anti-white rant by a typical neanderthalic ape/nigger (room 407) in the presence of and to other niggers also while I was in the kitchen awaiting the broiling of some food in the oven. While the scenario concerning the black/brown apes has remained the same, The incident this day at 1:35 am in the morning (the crack addicted negroes/hispanics are "just gettin' goin') involved the obese black ape (#409) and a typically ignorant/sick hispanic who protested my insistence upon the rules concerning the noise/"music". The spick threatened me also shouting for me to open the door fully (it was unlocked and opened about 5 inches for ventilation). I replied he was not invited and that I was insisting on the rule and would report the threat to the police the next day). Then the fat nigger (#409) pushed open the door, trespassed by coming into the room, and assaulted me as she hit and grabbed my throat as I ultimately pushed closed the door. I called LAPD and was dismayed by the fact that both officers sent appeared to be hispanic (in the ADW, infra, with half-spick o'rourcke, the hispanic cop who came to the scene didn't book the weapon into evidence). While I have high regard for and support law enforcement, ie., LAPD, sheriff's department, etc., from personal experience I cannot say the same for black, hispanic members thereof inasmuch as they allow their "color" to get in the way of their jobs. Dateline: 9-4-03 On this day, I believe not coincidental that I was on my way to Kinko's to make some copies for legal papers that were to be filed on 9-5-03 against 2 typical hispanic criminals, I was threatened and then assaulted by an hispanic who lay in wait as I walked down 3rd street, LA (the little niggeria, little liberia, little mexico section adjacent to little tokyo). Indeed, I was hit from behind on the back side of my head more than once before I was able to block same with my arms and ultimately partially tackling this very heavy (more than 250 pounds) typically uncivilized hispanic. A struggle ensued as I was cognizant of and concerned with my documents which were to be filed. He continued to threaten to hurt me/"fuck me up" as I awaited an opportunity to break free and grab my case with legal papers, which I did, and then entered the first nearby open door after unsuccessfully failing to flag down passing motorists. The door was that of the little tokyo branch of the LA public library where after some initial difficulty I was able to call 911/LAPD. I emerged from the library to look for the LAPD squad car only to see the perpetrator threateningly coming back toward me. I went back toward the library door. This happened several times with my hope to "buy time" for the LAPD to arrive, and arrest this typical uncivilized hispanic/slob/criminal. So brazened was this clintonian/davis/bustamante uncivilized hispanic that he indeed did accommodate me in threateningly reapproaching me each time I emerged from near the library door. An LAPD squad car was passing (though not the one dispatched) and I flagged it down. I gave the description of the perpetrator to LAPD Officers Todd and Velasco who took off in the direction of the perpetrator and with great retention and eye were able to spot the perp as he was about to board a bus, and by blocking the bus were ultimately able to make the arrest. It was great LAPD police work. The perpetrator was also a (prior) sex offender.
More police are necessary, LAPD's budget should be increased from whatever source:
Rationale: (1) Educational funds are worthless in an environment of lawless uncivilized gang and other indigenous criminals who intimidate, threaten, harrass and commit crimes against children wanting to learn. (2)Health related funds or other programs are not salutary in a scenario of crimes against person and property in an atmosphere of intimidation, fear, and threats against person and property. (3) What businesses would locate or stay in a city/state as LA/CA in the clintonian/davis/boxer/feinstein/bustamante mold; ETC..
