vehicle maker Polaris Industries Inc. said Monday that it has agreed to acquire
a Chrysler Group LLC subsidiary that makes electric-powered vehicles.
PPG adds corporate secretary to exec's job

lenses for glasses, said on Monday that its assistant general counsel, Anne M.
Foulkes, has also been named corporate secretary.
Health Management 1Q profit grows 18 percent

Management Associates Inc. said Monday its profit climbed 18 percent in the
first quarter as it expanded its network of hospitals.
Tuesday Morning's sales rise, posts smaller loss
Tuesday
Morning Corp., which sells home accessories and housewares at closeout prices,
on Monday posted a smaller loss for three months ended in March as sales
improved.
Fitch upgrades AIG's life insurance unit
Fitch
Ratings said Monday that it upgraded the insurer financial strength ratings of
American International Group Inc.'s life insurance and retirement business,
citing the unit's improved results.
