typical email client program window:
- Menu items.
- Folders/directories such as INBOX
where current received messages are initially sent.
- A COMPOSE / WRITE NEW MAIL tab/button
and window for composing new mail.
- An ADDRESS BOOK tab/button and window (feature) for
adding new contacts (information, email addresses, etc.) and creating
mailing lists (shortcut for sending email that assigns a name to a group
of email addresses) to facilitate quick addressing and mail.
- SIGNOUT tab/button to
end the session and close the program.
